TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. SERVICES

Mindshift Coaching provides professional coaching services. The specific nature and scope of services will be agreed upon in a separate coaching agreement.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for coaching services is required in advance of sessions unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable unless canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of coaching sessions. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching sessions. However, coaching is not therapy and is not protected by legal privilege.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, methodologies, and content provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Mindshift Coaching.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Coaching results are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Any prepaid fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
